Where is the tour held?

The tour takes place on the ranch in the "girls" barn so we are not out in the sun, snow or rain, however we do recommend that you dress appropriately for the temperature. The floors are very clean you don't need to worry about getting farm dirt on your shoes.

What should I bring?

Make sure to bring a camera to take lots of pictures, crias (baby alpacas) are very photogenic. We also recommend you wear closed toe shoes for your protection while interacting with the alpacas.

What shouldn't I bring?

For the comfort of our alpacas we ask that you please do not bring dogs to the farm.

Where do I go when I arrive at the farm?

When you arrive please park by the house and check in at the back door of the house. Make sure to ring the doorbell as may not hear if you just knock.

What if I am going to arrive late for my tour?

Try to arrive a few minutes before your tour is scheduled to begin. Please notify us by phone at 519-986-3758 if you are going to arrive late but be aware that if you arrive late your tour may be shortened so the next tour can begin on time. More than an hour late your tour may have to be cancelled completely. There are no refunds or credit for short or cancelled tours if you arrive late.

Is the barn wheelchair accessible?

Yes the barn where the tour is held is fully wheelchair accessible.

How long is the tour?

Depending on the tour you choose your time with the alpacas lasts from about 45 minutes to an hour and a half. Most of that time is spent interacting with the alpacas. Afterwards you are invited to visit the gift shop to see some of the one-of-a-kind items created from our alpacas fibre.

Do you offer a public tour?

Not at this time due to public health concerns. We will continue to monitor the situation and start offering Public Farm Tours when we feel it is safe to do so again. When we do restart the Public Tours they will be Sunday's at noon.

What is your cancellation policy?

A full refund will be given for cancellations more than 48 hours in advance, for cancellations with 48 hours or less notification your fee is non-refundable. If the roads are closed or driving conditions are unsafe on the day of your tour if you contact us at least 2 hours before your scheduled tour time you may reschedule your tour to a different day.
